Kyle B. and Mikey replaced an electric furnace with a heat pump.  It took most of two days to complete.  They communicated well throughout the installation.  They put everything together neatly. We used Ackerman for the first time to install a tankless water heater and a water softener. They did a great job! The estimate was competitive, the installers (Tony and Ely) did a great job, and we are very happy with how the equipment is performing. I have been depending on Ackerman for nearly 10 years now. They installed a new oil furnace and then a heat pump. Matt came out the first day to service our HVAC unit/fix it. Discovered a problem that promptly fixed and told us of another problem
We needed done Matt was awesome and professional . Which prompted us to fix it.  Kyle and Shane came out the following two weeks later which was this last week and did an amazing job cleaning our ducts, they were not ONLY professional they showed us what our ducts looked like before and after. It was gross and embarrassing to see. Kyle and Shane allowed us to watch what they were doing. Would recommend Ackerman to anyone especially Matt, Kyle and Shane .. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
